Our December promotion is back again this year. For the month of December, our Preferred Package (residential real estate only), normally a $150 dollar value, will only be $99 – all month long! You will still get all the great photography, high quality virtual tours and the amenities for 34% off the normal price.

The only two caveats are:

1. We must photograph the house during the month of December (i.e., no booking for a listing you are going to get during the last week in January).
2. You must be on our email list. If you aren’t on our email list, it is super simple to sign up. On our home page (www.bhamtours.com) there is a box on the lower left hand column. Just fill in your name, email and company.
3. Payment (cash, check, credit card) must be received at time of service.
