Bhamtours is diligent about staying on the front end of the technology curve in an effort to deliver a robust marketing solution that provides direct and pertinent information for potential home buyers. There is a somewhat misleading notion that 360° Panorama Tours are old technology that does not integrate with today’s mobile devices. Our virtual tours, can be viewed on iPads, iPhones, and the newer Droid and BlackBerry devices. In fact, ALL the components of a listing’s website work on those mobile devices: the virtual tour scenes, the slideshow of photographs, even the fact sheet comes up on mobile devices.

Bhamtours has never used the traditional 360° ”pano” style tour that just spins on one plane in a single direction. Our virtual tours are immersive photography which is a cutting edge technology that allows potential home buyers to pan around a room in 2 dimensions, both horizontally and vertically, and zoom in and out in the 3rd dimension. Our virtual tours empower home buyers to focus on the parts of the house that are most important to them.

Bhamtours made an effort long ago to make sure our product is compatible with mobile devices. In fact, we encourage the use of mobile devices by placing a sign rider with a QR code on the sign posts of all the houses we photograph. This way potential buyers can immediately access the information on listings they are interested in by scanning the QR code with their mobile device and going directly to that listing’s website. We are the only real estate photography and marketing company in town that provides this technology. Potential buyers can literally stand in the front yard of a house that bhamtours has photographed and take the virtual tour, look at photographs, and get all the information about the listing. No other company in town combines a quality online and mobile presence with immediate access to information like bhamtours.

Our December promotion is back again this year. For the month of December, our Preferred Package (residential real estate only), normally a $150 dollar value, will only be $99 – all month long! The only two caveats are:

We must photograph the house during the month of December (i.e., no booking for a listing you are going to get during the last week in January).

QR Codes Now Included!

As we approach summer, we have 2 very exciting announcements we want to share with you.

First, starting this month we will be offering exclusive promotions through our facebook fanpage. Not only can you get the latest update on the listings we photograph, but with exclusive promotions for our fans: you can save money off our already established packages and gain access to limited edition photography/virtual tour packages. And just a hint…the first promotion will be on Memorial Day.

Second, we are really excited about an addition to our Preferred and Premier Packages. We are now offering, at no additional charge to the package price, a sign rider with a custom QR code.

QR codes work like bar codes and are scanned with a smart phone or tablet. Once scanned, it takes the user straight to YOUR listing’s website. From the sign they can immediately gain access to all the information on the house, including photographs and virtual tours. The signs are all done in black and white as not to clash with your company’s brand, or violate any potential neighborhood ordinances. This is some of the newest technology being used to get customers information, and we are offering it to you, without charge, before any other photography and virtual tour company in town.
